The “Culinary Arts” curriculum provides an in-depth knowledge of food and wine products and a practical hands-on training, fostering career expectations to work and succeed in the food and wine industry. Our educational offer is strongly territory-oriented and aims at promoting the uniqueness of our local traditions.
The students that choose this curriculum are qualified to work in the culinary and catering field, both in terms of production and promotion. Furthermore, close attention is given to the new trends in the industry, so as to adapt production and sale to the demands of the market, encouraging our students to face the challenge and propose innovative solutions.
After the first two years, the students can choose among three specializations: “Culinary Arts”, “Catering and Sales” and “Baking and Pastry Arts”. These courses are also available to adults in the evenings.
